U2 frontman Bono is recovering from emergency back surgery on the French Riveria. The singer underwent the surgery in Munich in May after suffering undisclosed injury during his band's rehearsals for their world tour, U2 360. He has now retreated to his luxury villa in the French Riviera - after being ordered to spend at least eight weeks doing physical rehabilitation.
